Group Buying initiative
Fluentblu are delighted to introduce our new educational money saving solution,
the ‘group buying initiative’ which aims to future-proof schools in a more cost-effective way.
The concept behind the group buying initiative is for schools to save money by
collectively coming together for ICT/AV purchases, which would positively impact
the students learning experience and overall cross curricular usage, through
accurate investment and effective hardware procurement.
There are many benefits this initiative would offer to schools of differing sizes
furthermore, the purchasing process would be hassle-free and convenient, as orders
would be placed through Fluentblu’s dedicated procurement team meaning order numbers,
invoices, deliveries and payments would all be kept separate for each participating school.

An immediate benefit to all schools would be the substantial money saving due to
large volume discounts being assigned to their orders. We see many of our smaller
schools struggling to invest in the appropriate hardware due to strict budgets
and by opening this initiative it will finally allow them to achieve what was
unachievable and that is having the buying power of a large school!
Not only would schools see value for money, but the pupils would achieve an
enriched range of ICT skills by working with the very best hardware irrespective
of what school they are in. We feel this level of consistency will breed confidence
and a more proactive approach to the use of curricular ICT, as teachers and students
will have a new sense of enthusiasm, caused by the introduction of the latest technology.
We feel strongly that no child or school should be deprived of this equipment and
it is because of this that Fluentblu is striving to offer something you have never
had before and that is a provider willing to go that extra mile to ensure you have
complete satisfaction.
There are no limits as to the number of schools that can enter the group buying
initiative so whether schools are part of a pyramid structure or are geographically
located near one another, this initiative will give them an opportunity to communicate
regularly and use each others knowledge and resources. We want schools to be talking
to one another regularly to see what up-and-coming projects are planned so that
collectively schools can save money and make full use of their budget.
A money back scheme is available to all customers whereby schools receive a £30 voucher
for every new school they refer and proceeds to purchase through Fluentblu. These
vouchers can be used against any purchases made with Fluentblu, either on an individual
basis acting as a further discount or alternatively why not save them up and potentially
get an item for FREE. A bonus £90 voucher will be given to schools that refer more than
9 new customers.
The voucher scheme has been put in place so that we can reward our existing customers
